The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon / Cabernet Franc is a textbook expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose is pure and intense with black currents, leather and coco. The tannins are fine and elegant while being powerful and defined. Flavours of black current, chocolate and cassis on the palate with a long, sustained finish. Aged for 19 months in French oak (50% new) this wine can be enjoyed now or cellared carefully for the next 10 years.
