The 2010 Merlot / Malbec is a rich full-bodied wine with a broad, bold bouquet of ripe plums and spicy black fruits. Dark, spicy fruit flavours are complimented beautifully on the palate by sweet, perfumed oak (30% new French). The tannins are rich and structural with beautiful length and a spicy fruit finish. Drink now or cellar carefully over the next 6-8 years for added complexity.
